• All financial transactions are handled securely by Apple — we never collect or store payment information or card numbers.
• We only retain your subscription status (Free or Pro) to activate the appropriate features.

d) Usage Data

• Aggregated, anonymized data such as device type, crash reports, and general usage patterns — used to improve the app.

• Service delivery: processing your images with AI to generate professional ads.
• Account management: saving your preferences, design history, and brand identity.
• Subscription management: verifying your plan to activate the right features.
• App improvement: analyzing anonymized usage data to develop features and performance.
• Notifications: sending service-related notifications only when you grant permission.

We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only with the technical service providers necessary to operate the app (authentication services, cloud storage, and AI processing), all of whom are bound by strict security and privacy standards.

The app is not directed to children under the age of 17. If you become aware that a child has used the app, please contact us to delete their data.
