AdCraft AI is an app for creating professional advertisements using artificial intelligence. The app allows you to:

• Analyze your product images and suggest the best advertising styles.
• Generate ad designs in a variety of styles and templates.
• Compose ad copy and hashtags in Arabic and English.
• Export ads in dimensions suited to social media platforms.
• Save your brand identity and apply it to your designs.

• You must be at least 17 years old to use the app.
• If you use the app on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

• You may register using an Apple or Google account, or use the app as a guest.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur through it.
• You may permanently delete your account from the app's settings at any time.

The app offers a Free plan and a Pro plan via subscriptions managed entirely through Apple:

• The subscription fee is charged to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, charges begin automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled in advance.

We reserve the right to modify the features available for each plan with notice of any material changes.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of the product images you upload.
• By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process the image solely for the purpose of creating the ad.
• You warrant that you own the images or have permission to use them.

Our Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the app (design, code, trademark) are reserved by us. Copying or reverse engineering any part of the app is not permitted.

You are permitted to use the app to create lawful advertising content that complies with applicable laws.

• AI-generated content may not be perfect in all cases.
• Suggested ad copy is a recommendation — you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
• We do not guarantee specific marketing results from using the app's outputs.
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid during the preceding 12 months.

• You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
• You must cancel your subscription via your Apple ID settings before deleting your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account upon violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. In the event of material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notification. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the country of residence of the app's owners. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably within 30 days before resorting to legal proceedings.
